Patriotism is a great feeling. The Motherland is not a lifeless, soulless object. Extremely illogical ideas are becoming more widespread, such as propagating statelessness instead of patriotism, interpreting "globalisation as your becoming a citizen of the world" and recognising national history as a relic of the past. This article sets out the features of applying innovative pedagogical technologies in patriotic education in the global era.
