Annotatsiya

At present, research in the field of theoretical and clinical immunology has achieved considerable progress. In connection with the significant development of these scientific directions and their implementation in practical medicine, the interest in studying the structural and functional features of various organs and systems as a whole is understandable [13]. The numerous publications that have appeared in recent years reflect various aspects of the morphophysiology of the central and peripheral organs of the immune system. A considerable part of the scientific achievements is in demand in practice and has been realised in studies of the immunomorphology and ultrastructure of lymphoid organs in the normal state, in experiment and in pathology [12]. The successes achieved make it possible to understand better the individual features of the immune system in the normal state, in pathology and in the primary and secondary immunodeficiencies that are so widespread at present. The scientific data obtained in recent years contribute to a better understanding of the cellular foundations of immunity, the mechanisms of immunological recognition and the character of intercellular interactions in the formation of the immune response.
