The article deals with some factors and rules of communication. The structure of speech and utterance, their components depend on the linguistic, social and psychological factors. The process of communication, its laws develop new views on a language in particular on English as a foreign language on verbal behaviour of partners in communication, as well as a separate statement as a link in the communication process.
