Мамлакатимиз ўз тараққиётининг янги даврини бошдан кечираётган даврда яшамоқдамиз. Тараққиётнинг бу даври асосини жамиятда кўпчиликни ташкил этаётган ёшлар қатлами яратаётганлиги шубҳасиздир. Бу яхши анъана самарали давом etishi учун умуммиллий доирада ёшларнинг ватанпарварлик тарбиясига жиддий эътибор беришни даврнинг ўзи тақозо этмоқда. Ёшларда ватанпарварлик тарбиясини шакллантиришда ватанимиз тарихида улкан из қолдирган буюк шахсларнинг ҳаёт йўлларини ўрганиш ҳам катта тарбиявий аҳамият касб этади. Ўзининг ҳаёти, фаолияти давомида юрт тинчлиги ва озодлиги, уннинг хавфсизлигини таъминлаш ҳамда уннинг равнақи йўлида муносиб ном қолдирган Амир Темур ватанпарварлик тарбиясининг тимсоли сифатида тарихимиздан муносиб жой олган. Унинг фаолиятини ўрганиш орқали ёшларимизга ибрат намунаси бўладиган, уларни ватанпарварлик руҳида тарбиялашга ёрдам берадиган кўплаб маълумотларга гувоҳ бўламиз.
