This article analyzes the history and evolution of methods for freeing individuals from the influence of destructive cults. Various approaches and strategies applied over time, from early intervention attempts to modern methods such as Steven Hassan's strategic interaction approach, are examined. Changes in approaches to combating cults and the adaptation of these methods to new challenges and conditions are assessed.
