Currently, hemolytic diseases of newborns caused by incompatibility of erythrocyte antigens in maternal and fetal blood and immune conflicts have a significant impact on the structure of neonatal mortality. For this purpose, in our study, the prevalence of hemolytic diseases in newborns with hemolytic disease was determined based on the Rhesus factor and ABO system, and at the same time, clinical and laboratory, biochemical changes, determination of the amount of bound and unbound bilirubin, ALAT, ACAT, and effective treatment methods were developed.
