В процессе институциональных и экономических реформ, проводимых в Узбекистане, на долгосрочно арендованных землях создаются фермерские хозяйства. Это заложило основу для формирования реального класса собственников, что обеспечивает стабильность и развитие сельской местности. На данном этапе оптимизированы количество хозяйств, площади земели и состав рабочей силы, повышается эффективность их доходов. Эти результаты открывают широкие возможности для эффективного решения приоритетных задач, поставленных в Стратегии «Узбекистан-2030», по обеспечению устойчивого развития сельского хозяйства.
