The article examines the impact of changes on the tourism potential occurring in the context of innovative tourism development, studies issues of assessment based on the provision of quality services, the mechanism for assessing tourism activities in the tourism sector. In the context of economic modernization, special attention is paid to the optimal development of tourism, taking into ac count the innovative features of the tourism sector.
