This article analyzes in detail the issues of legal regulation of the labor of employees working remotely. Remote work is a function of work that is becoming increasingly popular today, and this form of work requires new approaches to labor relations between employees and employers. The article examines such legal norms as an employment contract, labor protection, protection of various information, direct management of working and leisure time, accurate coverage of expenses, and remote work.
