This paper examines the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) to address various challenges faced by businesses, particularly focusing on small businesses in Uzbekistan. Through a comprehensive literature review, case studies, and analysis, it explores how AI technologies can enhance operational efficiency, decisionmaking processes, and competitiveness. The research methodology involves a combination of qualitative analysis and case studies of small businesses in Uzbekistan. The findings suggest that AI adoption can significantly benefit small businesses by optimizing processes, improving customer engagement, and driving innovation. However, challenges such as limited resources, technical expertise, and culturalbarriers need to be addressed to facilitate successful AI implementation. The paper concludes with recommendations for small businesses in Uzbekistan to leverage AI effectively and recommendations for policymakers to support AI adoption initiatives.
