Because of the notion of real-time virtual representation, the Digital Twin is uniquely positioned to allow farm digitalization. This study provides a Systematic Literature Assessment of Digital Twins in Agriculture, outlining current trends and unanswered issues in order to raise awareness and knowledge of the Digital Twin and its potential.
