This article presents a literature review of the experience of foreign scientists in improving the financial activities of state-owned enterprises. Official data and analyzes of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan are also provided. Based on this literature review and analysis, practical suggestions and recommendations are presented.
