"Jami'ahkam as-Sigar" is a unique work by Abul-Fath Muhammad ibn Mahmud ibn Mahmud ibn Hussein ibn Ahmad Majuddin al-Ustrushani, an outstanding Islamic jurist of the 12th-13th centuries. The book is devoted to the legal status of minors in Islamic law, covering a wide range of topics: the definition of majority, rights and duties, marriage and divorce, education and upbringing, punishment, guardianship and custody.
