The article presents an analysis of the impact of labor migration on gender dynamics in modern society. The motives and factors of migration are considered, including working conditions, access to resources, and socio-cultural adaptation. Special attention is paid to the identification of gender inequalities and discrimination both at the stages of preparation for migration and at destinations. Gender stereotypes that determine the professional opportunities and social status of migrants are analyzed. The study reveals the complex interrelationships between migration and gender, justifying the need to take measures to create more equitable conditions for all migrants, regardless of their gender identity.
