In this research work, it is aimed to study the foreign experience in the formation of network cluster systems and evaluate the possibilities of their application in Uzbekistan. This study is capable of providing valuable insights not only for academic research but also for practice in Uzbekistan by studying successful examples of cluster development in different countries and analyzing the factors contributing to their effectiveness
