Annotatsiya

На сегодняшний день в клинике детской терапевтической стоматоло-гии трудно найти другую патологию слизистой оболочки полости рта. которая. подобно острому герпетическому стоматиту'. требует к себе столь пристального внимания и столь широкого изучения [2,3,4,7,9,14]. Чем же обусловлен подобный интерес к острым стоматитам9 Ответ, вероятно, кроется в том. что распространенность острого герпетического стоматита среди детей в возрасте от 1 года до 4—х лет составляет до 80 % случаев. Возбудитель заболевания — вирус простого герпеса I типа, первично инфицировав организм ребенка, пожизненно персистирует в нем, несмотря на присутствие в последующем специфических антител. [1.8.11].
