Intensive research of different aspects of paradontosis disease let to develop recommendations for applying various drugs and justify complex approach for treatment of generalized paradontosis. The use of mecsidol as antioxidant in complex therapy of chronic generalized paradontosis brand to inhibition of free-radicaled oxidation and increased the activity of antioxidant system.
