The article discusses significance of using innovation-based technologies in banks, focus areas and methods of applying innovations, and increasing the competitiveness of banks using innovative technologies. In addition, the article presents scientific and theoretical views and conclusions of foreign and domestic scientists concerning bthis issue. Moreover, the article provides the prospects for the use of innovation-based technologies in banks, problems associated with the industry, as well as relevant conclusions and proposals.
