This article discusses the advantages and analysis of financing joint-stock companies through corporate securities and improving development prospects. In addition, current problems in the prospects for the development of financing of joint-stock companies through corporate securities in the Republic of Uzbekistan are presented, as well as the author’s approaches and proposals for eliminating them.
