The article provides an analysis of the literature of recent years devoted to the study of the basics of diseases in case of dentoalveolar anomalies and deformities in children and adolescents with bronchial asthma, and methods for its diagnosis, prevention and treatment. It has been established that the dental status in children with dentoalveolar anomalies with concomitant bronchial asthma and their state of nonspecific resistance and the level of functional reactions that provide oral cavity homeostasis and adaptive capabilities have been studied insufficiently Also, there are no plans for treatment and prevention measures that improve adaptation to removable and non-removable devices and reduce the risk of developing traumatic dentistry in children with bronchial asthma.
