Among dental patients, more often than others, people over 55-60 years old need prosthetics, and they have a history of somatic diseases. Correction of immune homeostasis have an important place in the complex treatment of dental implant sin patients of a specified age. On the material of 24 patients aged 50 to 65 years, morphological methods of the study analyzed the results of dental nnplantation m patients with diabetes melhtus. It was revealed that immunocompetent mucosal immunocytes reflect the success of dental implantation measures and can be used to predict the effectiveness of therapeutic measures.
