The article is accounted of the development of ideology of the society of citizensip and the state of development in creation, an only and Motherland sense in national and humans relation, an importance of political-historical, the propaganda of national ideology. Also, this article is thought about being harmonious national and mass human traition, need to know a rich history and etnic of our Motherland, in particular, realizing our national, development of democracy, the superiority of law.
