This article analyzes the work of Bolsheviks on strengthening Soviet rule in the country by granting autonomy to Turkestan in national and Russian publications in 1918-1924. It has also been shown that the national boundary of Central Asia was important to the people of Turkestan, but this issue was excluded from them. The article explores the activities of Turkestan for the Soviet authorities in managing and managing their territories. Press medias such as “Наша газета”, “Голос крестьянина”, “Голос Самарканда”, “Советский Туркестан”, “Иштирокиюн”, “Улуғ Туркистон”, “Хуррият” were considered as the basic source.
