В статье основное внимание уделяется на историю прибытия афганских граждан на территорию Центральной Азии и их деятельности. В процессе исследования работы из использованной литературы и других источников стало известно , что локализованный афганский народ начал играть большую роль в социально-экономической, культурной и политической жизни края. Взгляды афганских граждан, которые приехали в нашу страну на культуру и политические процессы нашей страны, служат важным источником для изучения политической жизни XIX – XX веков.
