This article presents important historical demographic data in the southern regions of Uzbekistan in the first half of the 20th century. It also contains a scientific analysis of the nature of public policy and the results of reforms. The article positively highlights the theoretical and scientific problems of pressing population problems. This article can be used as a source for studying demographic processes.
