Based on various sources, the article analyzes the emergence of signs and symbols of power, which are an important source in the study of the history of Uzbek statehood, and their features. Based on the study of the symbols of power used in different periods of the history of the Uzbek statehood, their origin, legal consolidation, development and experience of their use, the author considers the peculiarities of the formation of statehood.
