Annotatsiya

Physical exercise exerts a significant influence on the cardiovascular system, particularly on vascular pulseactivity. The pulse represents rhythmic oscillations of arterial walls generated by the ejection of blood from the heartduring systole. During exercise, pulse rate, amplitude, and pressure undergo dynamic modifications to satisfy theincreased metabolic demands of active muscles. These adaptive responses are regulated by the autonomic nervoussystem, hormonal activity, and vascular elasticity. This article examines the physiological mechanisms underlying pulsevariations during exercise, the effects of exercise intensity and duration on vascular response, and the restoration ofpulse parameters during recovery. The tables summarize pulse indicators and regulatory factors under different exerciseconditions.
