Mazkur maqolada yashil iqtisodiyotni innovatsion yondashuvlar asosida rivojlantirishning iqtisodiysamaradorligini baholash masalalari atroflicha tahlil qilingan. Jahon amaliyotida yashil iqtisodiyotni baholashda iqtisodiy,ijtimoiy va ekologik ko‘rsatkichlarni kompleks, o‘zaro bog‘liq holda baholash zarurligi taʼkidlanadi. Shu nuqtayi nazardan,maqolada barqaror rivojlanish konsepsiyasi doirasida resurslardan oqilona foydalanish, texnologik yangilanishlar vainvestitsion faollikni oshirish orqali milliy iqtisodiyotdagi ekologik yuklamani kamaytirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan.Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda yashil iqtisodiyotni innovatsion rivojlantirishning iqtisodiy samaradorligi tahlil qilinmoqda.Asosiy e’tibor 1990–2022-yillar davomida mamlakatdagi CO₂ (uglerod oksidi) chiqindilarining dinamikasi va ularningiqtisodiyot tarmoqlariga taʼsiriga qaratilgan. Ilmiy tahlillar asosida yashil texnologiyalar, qayta tiklanuvchi energiyamanbalari va resurs tejamkor innovatsiyalarning iqtisodiy samarasi ko‘rsatib berilgan. Maqolada milliy va xalqaro tajribaasosida O‘zbekiston uchun mos innovatsion yondashuvlar tavsiya etilmoqda. Shu bilan birga, iqlim o‘zgarishiga qarshikurashishda iqtisodiy mexanizmlar — soliq imtiyozlari, investitsion rag‘batlar va uglerod chiqindilarini baholash tizimi kabiinstrumentlarni joriy etish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Ilmiy ish natijalari O‘zbekistonda barqaror va ekologik tozaiqtisodiyot modelini shakllantirishda amaliy asos bo‘lib xizmat qilishi mumkin.
