This article studies the medicinal Clove's botanical description and general chemical composition (Syzygium aromaticum L.). The results of determining the content of polyphenols in the medicinal Clove (Syzygium aromaticum L.) plant using high-performance liquid chromatography are presented. The properties of polyphenols in traditional medicine that prevent eye inflammation from eye diseases are also highlighted.
