Mamlakatimizning hozirgi rivojlanish yo‘li “Hara-katlar strategiyasidan – Taraqqiyot strategiyasi sari” tamoyili asosida inson qadrini yuksaltirish va erkin fuqarolik jamiyatini rivo-lantirish orqali xalqparvar davlat barpo etish, adolat va qonun ustuvor-ligini taraqqiyotning eng asosiy va zarur shartiga aylantirish, milliy (raqamli) iqtisodiyotni rivojlan-tirish, o‘sish sur’atini zamon tala-blari darajasida ta’minlash, yurt xavfsizligi va mudofaa salohiyatini kuchaytirish, ochiq va pragmatik, faol tashqi siyosat yuritishga qaratilgan ustuvor masalalarni qamrab oladi.
