Annotatsiya

Today, the rights and duties of parents and children in our country are also defined in our Constitution. Article 65 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan stipulates that children are equal before the law, regardless of their parents' lineage and civil status. It is said that motherhood and childhood are protected by the state. Work is underway to introduce international standards in this area into national legislation and improve the legislation.
